Before focusing exclusively on Coaching and HR Consulting, Deborah spent years working with Danaher and Veralto in HR and Leadership Development.
She was Global Director, Human Resources – Danaher Water Platform, including HR Leader for Aquatic Informatics Veralto and HR Business Partner for Hach.
She has been the Sr. Director Talent Management for Pall, enabling Pall to build a robust talent growth and development engine.
She held roles that significantly improved engagement, DEI and leadership, team and individual development.
Before joining Danaher | Veralto, Deborah held HR positions at Staples, Manpower and OppenheimerFunds and has acquired over 20 years of HR expertise with a passion for people and a focus on coaching and leadership development.
Her strong and deep expertise began with the desire and capability to understand, encourage and connect people. She has built and revamped internal leadership development, mentoring and coaching programs across multiple organizations and industries.
Her certification in coaching and assessments include: 360’ Degree Feedback, Myers-Briggs-Type-Indicator-MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinders, CPI260 and Enneagram.
Deborah holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and English from Albion College and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
